Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because many of our products are large and heavy, special shipping procedures apply. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Method

Bathroom vanities and other oversized items usually ship via:

  • LTL freight carriers
  • ground freight delivery
  • or specialized furniture delivery services

The shipping method is selected based on size, weight, and destination to ensure safe arrival.

3. Delivery Type

(Very Important)

Most large items are delivered via curbside delivery.

This means:

  • The carrier will deliver the item to the end of your driveway or building entrance.
  • Bringing the item inside, upstairs, or installation is not included.

If you require special access or inside delivery, please contact us before ordering. Additional fees may apply.

4. Delivery Appointment

For freight shipments, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Please ensure:

  • your phone number is correct
  • someone is available to receive the shipment

Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.

5. Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate cartons and may be delivered on different days.

6. Inspecting Your Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting the packaging at the time of delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

  • take photos
  • note the damage on the delivery receipt
  • contact us immediately

7. Damage or Missing Parts

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to provide:

  • replacement parts
  • repair solutions
  • or other appropriate resolutions

Failure to report within this period may affect claim eligibility.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • weather
  • carrier capacity
  • holidays
  • unforeseen logistics issues

We appreciate your understanding.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order must be rerouted or rescheduled due to incorrect details, additional carrier fees may apply.

🔁 RETURN POLICY

Because bathroom vanities are large freight items, returns require special handling.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in unused and original condition.

Returned products must be:

  • uninstalled
  • in original packaging
  • with all parts included

2. Non-Defective Returns

If returning for reasons other than damage or defect:

  • return shipping costs will apply
  • restocking fees may apply
  • original shipping charges may be deducted

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, we will provide replacement parts or other appropriate solutions at no cost.

4. Return Authorization Required

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
